Optional one-time top-ups. Transcription minutes are used only when AI transcription is required — an audio-only episode with no free transcript available online. Most episodes transcribe for free, and Pro includes 100 minutes every month.
Pro is refundable in full within 7 days of your first charge. Transcription Boost packs are refundable within 7 days of purchase if fewer than 20% of the minutes have been used. To request a refund, email contact@podpast.ai with your order details.
Cancel Pro any time — your subscription stops at the end of the current billing period and your account reverts to the Free plan, with no further charges. Transcription Boost packs are one-time purchases with nothing to cancel; purchased minutes remain in your account until used.
Transcription credits are delivered digitally and added to your account immediately upon payment confirmation. No physical goods are shipped.
PodPast stores your podcast transcripts and usage data to power search. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Payment processing is handled by Stripe — PodPast never stores your card details. For questions about your data, email contact@podpast.ai.
